Hot foil labels
Hotfoil is a low cost origination/cost effective way of manufacturing small to medium production runs of printed labels. Hotfoil allows us to do metallic silvers, golds and other colours and effects. We can embellish flexo or digitally printed labels through the hotfoil machine.
Flexographic labels
Felxo labelling is for high volume full colour labels which also would incorporate spot colours as well as process colours to produce labels with corporate colour branding. This process requires printing plates so ideally lends itself to volume runs. GMG/Wet Proof available on request.
Digital labels
Digital labelling is a non-plate manufacturing process producing cost effective short run full colour printed labels. Digital is ideal for labelling promotions covering multiple products. No Plates required for this process. FOC digital sample service available.
Plain labels
Plain labels which include: QL labels, black registration mark labels, special core sizes, short roll Lengths. Plain labels are generally used for the secondary print of variable information commonly through thermal desktop printers. Plain labels can be pre-printed with a generic company logo.
Thermal transfer bureau service
This is for the supply of variable data labels to be printed on demand. Ideally asset tracking labels, barcode labels and consecutively numbered labels.
Radio Frequency Identification Labels (RFID)
RFID is a tracking system that uses intelligent bar codes to track items in the workplace. RFID labels are used for a broad range of applications across many market/industry sectors:
- Library book labels for recording the borrowing of book as well as anti-theft systems
- Asset labels to facilitate audit and management of organisations’ valuable equipment
- Anti-theft labels for use in Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) systems
- Logistics, in tracking the movement of boxes, pallets, shipping containers
- In automotive applications where windscreen labels are used
